In the Torre book I read the players, while Pavano had been on the team for some time, all referred to the disabled list as "Going on the pavano"

I'm fine with either SS at 2.

The stuff about Rogers not hitting is way overblown. They discussed it on the fangraph podcast and it was laughable

I've also heard they're going to take two position players, but I don't really agree with that. I'm always fine with taking the best player on the board, but we need starters, bad.

Ya i expect one college player and a HS player but a college arm would be the most sense. I also feel it's Best player available and will pay for pitching in free agency.
