Like I said earlier, why even risk throwing a ball up and in with 2 outs in the 9th inning with a perfect game on the line? Why didn't the catcher set up on the outside corner and have Scherzer just try to gas him?
Tabata leaned into it, and I have no problem with it. Pitch shouldn't have been anywhere near hitting a batter. Bad pitch.

he leaned into the pitch. that was a front door breaking ball that he lowered his elbow into.

Scherzer was missing high with his fastball cause he was so amped up so he went to the slider. Didn't break, **** happens. Haven't seen the replay but from the stands it didn't even look like it hit him, just looked like Ramos dropped the ball.

Saying he didn't do anything wrong is basically the same to me. 9 times out of 10 that's not called, but it was still bush league.
