Me and my boy started one like three or four years ago. We bought some cheap snowball microphone and the quality was great for the price. Didn't last long because every week we would somehow end up fighting over the Giants vs. Jets

I don't know if there is any way of proving what kind of bets that Pete made.....

But (as stupid as this sounds), if Pete was betting on his team to win, I actually have zero problem with that.  I know its against the rules and all, but if he was betting on his team to win, I don't see the harm.  Betting on his team to lose however, now THAT is totally different.  Its one thing to bet on yourself.  Its another thing to bet against yourself.  If you bet against yourself, you can purposely try to fail so you will win your bet.  At least betting on your own team, you are still trying to succeed and not purposely failing or shaving runs.
