That's cool. I like Cespedes anyway. Sandy better give him a new contract. I'd be damned if we gave up two prospects for a rental player.

Cespedes is a good look for the next 2 months.

Not much he can do when there hitters are barely hitting their weight. Teams probably low balled for Upton and he might be better get a compensation pick.

That's why I wanted to keep Fulmer. I believe he could be our big key reliever in the future. I do not want to see Mets spending too much on relievers in the off-season.
