:smh: :smh: :smh: dammit, tepesch mode is starting tonight. imma put in the call on cabrera and fielder to hit back-to-back jacks in two different innings tonight.

Sentimental stories warm my heart.

Matty Kemp memorabilia, Ryu playing catch with a kid in LF, soldier hiding as the catcher for daughter's first pitch.

Respect.

"How can you not be romantic about baseball?" - Billy Beane. But seriously, what other sport would great moments like that happen in?

Check this out too, Gio could be the nicest dude in the league:

Watching the Braves Dodger game, semi paying attention....semi playing on my ipad.

Obviously, I'm rooting for the Braves.

The announcer says "and Uggla draws the walk to load the bases........."

My attention is sparked and my eyes go right to the screen.

The announcer continues ".....and here comes B.J. Upton."

My eyes go directly back to my ipad.

BJ has to break out of the slump eventually, right.

The thought of both Upton Bros and Heyward clicking offensively.

Same thing I did. Every time Bj Upton bats I just think of it like the pitcher is batting so if gets a hit I think it's a bonus. I gave up on him already.

Brett Anderson shut down for a month with a stress fracture in his foot.  Dude just cannot stay healthy.

Can't believe B.J. went from budding superstar after that Rays World Series run, to complete garbage.

BJ is trending down. Look at how bad his speed is on the bases this year. He's started becoming terrible at reading the pitcher. And that's probably his biggest asset.

My second day doing beat the streak. Its pretty fun!
Mine just snapped at 7, got too cocky with the double down feature :smh: I only had Harper to start with but then decided to choose Cano as well and he had an 0-for. Still really fun though

I almost always double down. I'm trying to be a millionaire as quickly as possible.

My strategy is to pick Miguel Cabrera and Joe Mauer a lot, and Carlos Gonzalez at Coors. I am 24-for-26 when picking one of those three.

bj has really been awful stealing bases he still has speed but he gets terrible jumps off the pitcher.
