FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal reports that the Rangers would consider dealing right-hander Matt Garza.

It's a pretty surprising report, as the Rangers just acquired Garza from the Cubs last week for a package of prospects. However, Rosenthal hears that they are willing to be open-minded regarding virtually all of their players. The Rangers are still in the mix and Garza should help the rotation, so it's unlikely a deal comes together.

Wonder what is up with Texas.

That would be INSANE. I guess they need a bat to fill the eventual loss of Nelson Cruz.

Ian Kennedy to San Diego, Joe Thatcher, Matt Stites, and a pick to Arizona

Reports saying Michael Young would accept a trade to the Yankees

Wow.  Didnt see the Kennedy trade coming.  What a difference a couple of years make huh?  Maybe its the first step to a Bud Norris trade?

When Davey Johnson said "World Series or bust" I didn't think the team would take the bust option so seriously...what a disappointing year.

I trust Daniels to make the proper crucial decisions with Garza and adding a bat or two.

How different Texas would be with J. Upton.

IPK hasn't been good in like two years.

Justin Maxwell to the Royals.

The George Springer era will be beginning shortly. Get ready to see a legit exciting 5 tool player.

We would've been really good with Upton in April... *shrugs* Would still rather have Profar long-term...

They need to just put Martin in center, Profar in left, and use Murphy or Gentry as the 4th guy.. Too bad Wash won't do it.

Flyball pitcher, strikeouts down with no real evidence as to why other than the American League hits more than the National League, and now you're putting him in Camden, Fenway and Yankee Stadium? Yikes.

Everyone in bmore has been crying to get Norris. We'll see how that goes.

Where did you guys hear about morse?

The last person who I think got this big of a send off was Cal, I don't think even Chipper got this much love at every stadium

There is no way they're able to get that through without being dragged out forever several months in appeals...

MLB screwed this whole thing up not having this cleared up by now and giving teams a chance to actually adjust for the pennant race.
