The Braves reportedly offered a low ball 1 year offer then upped it 2 years but not close to the SF deal. He's turning 39 anyway he had a good run with us

He's not in the tier of Kershaw, Verlander, Hernandez, Harvey, Fernandez, Wainwright, etc.
Guys you can throw out and be guaranteed a win 9 out of 10 times. In the playoffs that's what you need and the Braves don't have that.

If I'm moving for a 2B, I'd prefer Kinsler to BP. Especially knowing the jam they have with Profar and Andrus.

Teheran is good just not ace yet like romedadude said he's not like Harvey plus Teheran is coming off his first full mlb season he has time develop
Id give a package deal starting with A. Simmons plus others to get King Felix I wouldn't do it for David Price though. Even if Simmons is a great talent Braves need an Ace.

i think they're pretty comfortable with Martin in center and want corner bats...
If Nellie is back, it's probably as a strict DH and sport starter in a corner... Put Choo in LF with Martin in center and Rios in right. Sign McCann behind the plate and you're pretty damn salty.
I don't love Choo but he would tear it up in the Ballpark.

This dude. I remember back in '95 when I was 10 years old watching him thinking he was so cool. I don't know why, but he was one of my favorite Twins and disappointed. To see him now heading into his 19th season is phenomenal. His switch to the bullpen certainly helped. Solid career.

That reminds me of players I root for that don't pan out. Loved Colon in Cleveland, glad he had a successful career. Manny Aybar, not so much. Jimenez also. Don't ask me why I rooted for those guys.
