The interest is here though tbh. The Jays play some pre season games at the big O every year and they always sell out. The 2 games earlier this year had a combined attendance of almost 100k, 96k to be exact so the passion is definitely still there. I think the city could definitely handle another team...hopefully the Rays :lol:. The thought of this current Nats team being in the city is always heartbreaking :lol: :x

What happened the last few years of the Expos man :lol: place was always empty. I guess the terrible product was the reasoning for no one going. I'd love to see the Expos back one day. Hell, I'd love to just go back to Montreal one day :nerd:
 
You nailed it,the team was awful for those last few years and the stadium was aging. I understand why they left but it just sucks they left without accomplishing much(thanks for '94 Bud...:stoneface: ). You'll still see a ton of Expos gear all around so if an adequate team were to be formed there'd definitely be support imo.

Another one of the biggest reasons why support fell was the poor management of the team. I know a lot of people who gave up on them after they traded Pedro just after his Cy young :lol: :x

The derby itself is not that entertaining, but the gifs and videos that come from some of swings are such fire :pimp:
 
It is. Sale's got the better WAR though. A case could be made for Keuchel looking at his numbers. He's had a better year than I thought.

Played some catch this afternoon with a friend. Threw that razor blade slider Dan Warthen teaches a few times, pitch is pretty cool the break it generates without needing to twist my arm.

Thought this was pretty cool. The amount of stars represents how many times the player has made the AS game. This one is Albert Pujols. I want to buy the Dellin Betances but MLB has lost their mind with these prices :x
