Pro, you'd appreciate this: My boss is actually very close with the Devils organization. Had numerous players stay/live at his house for short stints like Daneyko, Niedermayer, etc. Scott mentioned him by name at his appreciation night months back.
REAL MADRID - EAGLES - SIXERS - BRUINS
INDIANS - OHIO STATE FOOTBALL - ARIZONA BASKETBALL

laugh.gif sorry for being ghost, and as a result missing out on the NT FBB drafts 30t6p3b.gif30t6p3b.gif

Also, my squad hadn't been playing much in the competition department, and once they do, they stink it up. Hopefully the real Dodger squad shows up this weekend, good or bad laugh.gif

I think it's a bit too soon for him as well, but the fact that i'm getting pumped, and he doesn't play for the home team, must mean something.

It is too soon, but they're getting below replacement level production from the LF slot, and he'll likely provide more production purely utilizing that absurd bat speed - just sitting on FBs and swinging through. Even if he does struggle, he's taking Zimmerman's roster spot, so they can just send him down whenever RZ comes off the DL. Great start to the season and maybe the best pitching staff in the majors has them contending early, so no real downside to seeing what he can bring.

Looking forward to seeing him at Nats Park. To my shame, I've already been to more Nats games than O's games. laugh.gif30t6p3b.gif

Travis Hafner and David Ortiz are second and third in baseball in on-base. Welcome to 2007.

Kronk has always had a good eye, no? Just the injuries with him.

Not being able to stay on the field surely effected him, but his plate discipline tailed off with his power pretty well after those three or four great seasons he had. I suppose they generally go hand in hand.

Bobby Abreu cut following a game against the Indians, when they almost traded for him three weeks ago. smiley: laugh

Trout promotion?

I honestly don't know what to think of the Harper promotion. Part of me wants him to develop out in AAA but on the other side we have gotten absolutely no offensive production out of our outfield besides Jayson Werth (shocker). Hopefully Harper can bring a spark to our lineup but I'm not too confident that he will considering his numbers in AAA. Mike Rizzo has stated that he's been hitting the ball well in the minors but the hits aren't falling so hopefully he'll continue to swing the bat well and the hits will come for our club.
