Speaking of John Olerud.  Heard a funny story the other day about him and Rickey Henderson.  In 1999, Rickey Henderson signed with the Mets.  When he got to Spring Training, he started talking to John Olerud before practice about the helmet that John had to wear to protect his head from the brain surgery he had.

Rickey says "When I played back in Toronto, we had a first baseman who wore a helmet too!"

John replies:  "Rickey...that was me."

How do you not remember your teammates?!?  Funny story.  Apparently pretty well known story but I heard it for the first time the other day.
