it definitely happened

i just gotta brush up on how often games have been won on this call cause i can't remember another

you really see something new everytime you watch a baseball gm, lol

that was the perfect call, though by jim joyce

700

That last sequence started with a great play by Pedroia. Bad base running by Molina. Bad throw by Salty, and terrible decision to run by Craig.

Cards got bailed out, but it was the right call.

Salty had no business throwing that ball. Even if it was a good throw it wouldn't have even been close. Just a truly terrible decision.

Farrell letting Workman bat in the 9th was inexcusable.

both drew & salty's hitting have been inexcusable

and breslow should be benched for the season already

Terrible call it wasn't intentional. Red sox got screwed
What are you talking about? Do you even know the rules of baseball? That was the correct call; the runner would have scored if it weren't for the obstruction (intentional or not). It's only controversial for Boston and casual fans. I will say that the odds of a game (especially) in the World Series ending that way is astronomical, but it is what it is.

Middlebrooks has to come off the bag and block that throw at all costs. You cannot let that ball get passed you.

THIS, he needs to handle that ball (word to jenna o shea)
dont understand why catchers try to gun down the runner at third with 2 outs

You guys can cut the arguing out right now. Whether it was intentional or not, is irrelevant.

you focused on only half my statement
& wasn't aware of arguing, instigate much?

Ok fine, not arguing. Discussing different opinions on the play. Better?

And like Paul pointed out, which I am sure will be lost in all of this madness, is Middlebrooks half-assed effort on that throw. If he doesnt react as if his foot was cemented into third base, he would never have even been in the position for that call to be made. It wasnt all that bad of a throw. Middlebrooks made it look far worse than it was.

Ok they said it's obstruction doesn't matter if intentional or not. I dont ever recall seeing a play like that.sucks to lose a game that way.

**** the cardinals & that bs call. Dude clearly ran inside on purpose, that wasn't no obstruction.
I'ma do ******* things tonight with some Halloween breezys to get over this bs.

If Craig did that on purpose, good for him. Smart baserunning. I dont think he did though.
