Like I've said this series means more to A's fans than Vise Versa. Little Brother syndrome

Dodgers is the Giants Rival, Not the A's

For someone who doesn't care you spent a lot of time last night RTing people upset about the game.

And no, you are no one's big brother.

My A's fan friends have been annoying as hell these last 2 days! TV ratings & Attendance is a good measuring stick of who the Bay's darling is. Giants rating nearly double the A's nightly.

And how exactly does that make the Giants the big brother in any relationship? It definitely can't be decided in the Giants favor where it actually counts, on the field.

If it's important to Giants fans to have the attention and brag about it then that's nice. You can have that. I'd rather have the actual performance on the field.

I respect the titles from over 30 years ago but times have changed. Greg Papa went on radio and said this is a Giants Area. Ratings are double of what the A's get. They come and take over the Coliseum ever year. The Bay Area prefers the Giants over the A's. The A's are a great ballclub and I want them to stay but they are 2nd class citizens in this market behind the Giants.

So you're saying I'm wrong? Why are the A's on the sister station of Comcast while the Giants are on the main station? Just how the this area is 49ers territory, it's the same with the Giants.

Soooo because you have better TV coverage (which has most everything to do with team marketing/TV deal) you're the more important team in the market?

I just want to be clear that that's your reason. Because until the Giants actually finally won something in the Bay Area it was the A's holding it down. That's 50 years.

What does market size have anything to do with baseball? You'll have triple the payroll but yet we're twice the team you guys are.

I've said that A's are the better team though. From a support/coverage from media & fans the A's are behind the Giants.

Exactly.  If you ignore recent success, the Giants are mediocre as ****.
