YourReebok Custom Pump Omni Lite

I talked to my friend at Reebok today and she said that the reason the pumps were taken down is because of overcapacity at the factory. Unfortunately it's not because of the Pump orders but the Zig orders. Seems the factory is so swamped with Zig custom orders that if a Pump order comes in they have to stop Zig production and switch the machines.materials out. And this backs up the whole system for just a few pairs of Pumps.

The pumps will be put back up once they catch up on the Zig Orders.

im not into Reebok's at all - but these are fire.
 
Ordered 2 pairs on Feb 12th.. thought i had recieved a tracking number on week 7, but it ended up being spam... talked to reebok twice and they were very nice and helpfull but after 10 WEEKS, i finally asked for a refund.  Apparently they are shipping me the shoes still and they wont refund money till the shoes are shipped. Last week customer service said the shoes were ready to ship on monday but I just got a phone call this morning saying one shoe will still be another week!!!!!!  I asked the lady for my money back asap cause I dont think its fair to have to wait till reebok ships the shoes because the ship date gets pushed back a week everytime i talk to them.  Hopefully getting a refund in 3 to 5 days and will have the shoes in like 2 weeks... was gonna order another 2 pairs once these came in (omni's and Dual pumps) but after this fiasco, i'm done with reebok's custom site.   BEWARE NT!!
 
got my dual pump runners today, still waiting on my omnis... one of the pumps on my dual runners doesnt work!!!!!!!!! !#*!  materials are pretty damn sweet, these run kinda big though.
 
Reebok is doing it big. Nice to see them back on the table!


I think they put in better quality into their shoes than any other brand.
I love NIKE and JB, but reebok!! OMG.
 
Just ordered these for free thanks to the good people at Reebok.



I didn't choose white laces because I have a bunch of white laces. Along with the silver laces, I ordered a set of navy ones. Can't wait for them to come in!

Question. ..How do the sizes run? I wear a 11 in Jordans....i got a few pair of the zigzags in a 10.5
 
^I've never tried on a pair of zigtechs so I can't help you with that, but I wear an 11.5 in everything (the occasional 12 in some air max's) and I went with the 11.5 in these.
 
Ordered on November 8th, and they arrived today (should've been here Wednesday, but I kept missing the fedex guy

I was about to buy an ID'd pump and now the website doesnt work.  Does anyone  have any updates as to what happened?  I know the website runs super slow so Im just hoping that they're doing updates or something.  Thanks for any info.
 
What is Velvetbuck???  I have a pair of 15th anniversary Bringbacks that have a smooth texture on the collar, is that it?
 
Fine looking shoes to keep on customizing...I will stick with the boring black and white, I guess I am a bit old school
