Yea Pdiddy was that over the top character. Once they're overused it just becomes unfunny.

Yeah, it was technically really well made, but I just didn't really connect with any of it either.
Maybe if they had different kids or something.

This is the same for me.The dracula musical had me in tears. Also this and Get Him to the Greek are the only things I'll ever like Russell Brand in.Forgetting Sarah Marshall was pretty funny
Especially since I saw Arthur :x I'm beginning to think any movie with Jenifer Garner in it is gonna be mediocre.

See, I liked the kids and thought they did a good job. They acted like people act in Wes Anderson movies. Its kind of affected and there's a style to it, but if you like it, you like it.

It's basically a fairy tale. Had an orphan, enemies, love, that lightning scene, the imagery. And she was reading fairy tale books throughout the movie
Bruce Willis was very good
Btw the original Arthur is very, very good. And the campaign was underrated. Not spectacular but Worth watching it

It's about regret and the road not taken. It started as a sorta X-Files mixed with Heroes. Case of the week, obvious twists, kinda corny endings where the ild guy suddenly remembers the answer from the 60s, and there's a conspiracy. Then...
It takes a turn. It gets great, quickly. People hype up Lost and tell you it's great up until...Fringe got better to me around season 2. Walternate and Bolivia
I would say something similar aboyt Fringe. Seasons 2 and 3 are really something special. Right there with as good as Lost got. And John Noble, the guy who played Denethor in LOTR, is awesome. Leonard Nimoy comes around and he's great. Joshua Jackson is actually good. You might hate the main chick s1, but she gets right. And Lt. Daniels from The Wire does his thing.
They ditched all the stuff that didn't work early on, and this long, pure, creative, clever and really just...will have you fiending story arc for 2 seasons. It becomes a story about people being smacked by their own mirror selves and their selfish mistakes, through some sci-fi iht. If you give it a chance and get to s2, it'll have you drinking the kool-aid.
The only thing is, they kinda make a huge change in the show when they didn't have to after that. And fun fact, the show probably would've been cancelled s2, but Anna Torv is Rupert Murdoch's niece.
If you've seen Lost and BSG amd X-Files, I would recommend that. The same way people say the great stuff is Heroes s1, the great stuff is Fringe s2-3.
