and I haven't read it since high school either, but I looked it up and he's supposed to be Mazer Rackham and he's Maori in the books and some of them had face tats...that's really the only reason why I can think of

props wes, i just didn't remember the face tats from the novel, and wasn't sure if that was hollywood tryna be futuristic and lame.

I understand conceptually that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I'm still having trouble comprehending how anyone can think this.
What exactly isn't attractive about a pretty face, stacked body and great personality?

Her face has gotten thick. Her personality is intolerable. She was emotionless in The Hunger Games. Her voice is annoying.

Katniss is a huge introvert, doesn't like showing her emotions, and is hardened from the life she's lived... that's just the way the character is. Almost all of her emotion is played out in her head, and that's hard to show in movie form.

It's just what we like I guess.She's not a bad actress at all, but the whole thing with Katniss... it bothers me she's so good at playing an annoying introvert. And her being good at acting makes me think she is, which is unfortunate.

jennifer was great in silver linings playbook but she was not better than cooper. cooper owned that movie. not to take anything away from jennifer but imo coopers performance was better.

Everyone has their own tastes so I can fault anyone's opinion. I hope Lawrence doesn't go the skinny route. Too many actresses look like they need a steak & look so skinny that their heads look humongous. Emma Watson & Jessica Chastain are prime examples. They've lost too much weight & look less attractive to me.

This is one of my favorite shows of all time, but I haven't the last season because it did that weird cancelled then DirectTV Channel thing and I got scared off.
