Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

Part 1 is good. And I don't watch many kids movies. I enjoyed it a lot and want to see the 2nd

Yeah it was good and he was pretty good in it. The mind **** in the end was messed up. I liked Pattinson in Bel Ami more though. He's definitely a good actor.

yea i watch twilight zone on netflix stream every now and then. something about 60's black and white and bizarre stories that gives me the creeps. this show scares me more than horror films

OG Twilight Zone is the best thing ever. I've watched every ep and still tune in when the marathons are on.

Captain Kirk with Chewbacca on the plane, those toy characters trapped in a bin, homey breaking his glasses when he finally had time, salesman haggling with death to save his life, the passenger plane running low on gas traveling through time, to serve man, etc.

Endless classics :smokin :pimp:

Kevin Hart- Let Me Explain :pimp:  This joint delivers, didn't used to like dude at all until I seen Laugh At My Pain.

LME starts off as a 5-10 minute scene at a party that is pretty much just used as a segue into his stand-up.
New jokes, all in all, for a stand up I'd say it's a solid 8/10.

I'm a try to check this out tomorrow. Laugh At My Pain was great so I gotta see this one.

This movie is on point from start to finish, not going to say too much about it for spoiler reasons, except it's a 100% a movie you won't regret seeing.

It can be watched solo, with a friend, ya girl w/e... As long as it's someone who doesn't talk too much during movies.

I'd give it a 9/10.

Trance was something else :smokin

My baby Rosario  and Macvoy was excellent.

I also really liked Stand Up Guys, wish there could be more movies of quality like that with Walken and Pacino.

I second Stand Up Guys, a man's movie... Pacino was money.

I like how the movie stayed interesting and on topic but had it's random funny moments.

That white girl that ran the hooker house

Not a fan of most musicals except for Chicago and Les Mis. But I just watched Woody Allen's "Everyone Says I Love You" and it's fantastic. Loved all the old standards, and the cast was great

Side Effects was genius. Took a Law & Order/SVU plot made it more detailed, subtracted the cops and added in Jude Law :smokin

Really liked Rooney (first time really recognizing her in anything, more familiar with her sister) and Catherine in this as well.

The wifey & I saw Side Effects also. Very solid movie. Didn't see that plot twist coming. Nice switch up.

Saw The Call friday night. Kinda weird it was a WWE film. First hour was cool but it got really weird towards the end. The kidnapper was a sicko :smh:

Peeped A Good Day to Die Hard last night. A lot of action as usual. The car chase scenes was the best part. I hope this was the last Die Hard movie though. Die Hard with a Vengeance was the best out of the franchise because of Samuel.

Gonna watch Warm Bodies and Side Effects next week.

The Road is so good but so depressing
did you read the book? movie was on par with the novel, maybe a little lower. definitely depressing though. i legit cried when i read the ending and it played out as i expected in the movie. can't remember but was the coca-cola scene in the movie? where they find a soda and the dad tells the kid to drink it but the kid wants papa to have some as well. what a brilliant novel man.

This is NT, Kevin Hart is incapable of being funny and has never made a good standup :smile:rolleyes)

Has anybody ever seen Stuck? It has that choir chick from American Pie and some dude from Get Rich or Die Tryin. Thought it was very good with a pinch of far humor (and unintentional comedy).
