Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

If it's Lost, JJ wasn't really involved after the beginning. There were a lot of false promises but they mostly came from those aholes Lindelof and Cuse

That movie starring channing tatum and mila kunis looks AWFUL.

Tatum should only star in comedies and mila kunis is eye candy and thats it

Neve campbell and denise richards were only good in wild things

Richards wasn't even good in that, except for her boobs. But Neve was fine in the Scream movies too (and by "fine" I mean that her acting was adequate, not that she was hot. I've always thought of her as pretty average looks-wise).

Jupiter Ascending. I've purposely not posted trailers and news about the film because I think it looks horrendous

Leonardo DiCaprio has left the Sony Steve Job's bio-pic which was written by Sorkin.

They are apparently looking to get Bradley Cooper, Ben Affleck or Christian Bale to play Jobs now.

Affleck is very unlikely with everything he has going on

Didn't Kutcher just finish doing Jobs?
These quick double ups are becoming the new thing to do or what

Kutcher's Jobs' film was rushed out I believe. The real one is supposed to be based on Isaacson's book which was an excellent read.

I believed a Kutcher as Jobs.
Don't think Ben could do it like that

Trash movies don't count

But hell I'd be in favor of better actors and directors redoing mediocre movies that had potential in it's premise, concept, or script.

I'm not sure about this

Rush Hour is coming to CBS.

The network has given a pilot production commitment to the television adaptation of the 1998 film, which hails from Cougar Town co-creator Bill Lawrence, Blake McCormick and Warner Bros. Television, EW has learned.

Much like the premise of the film, which starred Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker, the drama will follow a stoic, by-the-book Hong Kong police officer who is assigned to a case in Los Angeles and forced to work with a cocky African-American LAPD officer who has no interest in a partner.

Lawrence and McCormick will write and executive-produce the one-hour action comedy with original director Brett Ratner, Arthur Sarkissian and Jeff Ingold.

Sounds like wife and I are headed to Annabelle later tonight.

Need to try and get to Gone Girl sometime this weekend as well.
