Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

Easier than you think. I assume he hasn't seen all the movies though or he was just getting movies he hasn't seen in a while

Of course I haven't seen ALL the movies. a lot of the time it me plainly forgetting to get the movie in the first place. Just two weeks ago i realised that I didn't even have E.T

. I try to get them Blu-Ray quality, "Oscar" movies/"movies that other people would request movies" in 1080 while others that I'll only watch like foreign or classics in 720. Hardest/most obscure to find movies are the biggest file size typically. You'd be surprised how big the complete The Wire set is file size. Also keep various Awards Shows and sporting events over the years. Top Gear in 720 for the past decade etc. etc.

also my complete music collection is backed there too (144 GB)

Watched Locke earlier enjoyed the movie and the concept. A good life movie, a good change from over the top movies. Kind of like Phone booth and buried......kind of.

saw gone girl. greatest sad movie. saw none of it coming. made me think white women are crsfty devils and funny because I went w one

i love random scenes and a scene from Beasts in the Southern Wild popped in my head today as I ate a plum.

that scene when the girl and her father are at the dinner table with their friends and she has a crab on her plate and one of the friends gives her a knife to eat it with and her father yells at her to beast it. i love that scene.

The person who posted this on YT has prevented others from embedding this clip but I wanted to share Wendell Pierce (The Wire, Treme, Ray Donovan) speaking about the history of white violence in response to Ray Rice & Adrian Peterson.

There is a lot more to what Pierce is saying on both sides of the argument but I love the examples he brings up. American history is littered with atrocities committed by our government.

So Marvel is absolutely murdering the internet right now.

Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Inhumans, Avengers 3 Infinity Wars Part I and II, Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Thor 3, Captain America Civil War all dropped in the last hour or so.

Clear in to 2019 as of right now.

**** me. :wow:

I just hope they think about quality over quantity... As excited as I was about the Avengers/Ultron trailer, I can't help but think what a dud the first one was (outside of the action scenes). It felt like a micheal bay flick...

You off your rocker with that dud stuff.

They have been killing it lately, even with the let down of IM 3, a lot of that sounds like they did some of it intentionally. :nerd:

Cap 2, GotG won this year by a country mile, and if they pull back Spidey for the Civil War stuff, wrap it up.
