Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

To be clear, I'm not in any way saying Se7en is a bad movie. Far from it. I'm just saying that, due to my own personal preferences, I did not enjoy watching the movie. Maybe that means it actually did its job because I think Fincher wanted it to be disturbing and disrupt normal movie plot conventions.

There just isn't any pleasing some people..

David fincher.. Morgan freeman.. Brad Pitt.. And kevin spacey

What the hell was the point of making 'the to do list'?

Other than rachel bilson looking fine as always.. Seriously what was the point.. Nothing else is on, so I keep turning back to it.. No clue why at this point

I went in hype to watch that movie when it premiered on Showtime but as I watched this 2 hr "comedy" I said to myself this is the type of movie that makes ppl say stuff about the lead actor/actress like "Plaza can't carry a movie" If you're gonna do something like this make it really funny. Especially if you're going to have ppl known for being funny in it.

Other than some of the wild ways she gets in to these sex acts the movie isn't worth watching.

On ep 7 out of 8 on The Divide. It's a watcher for sure. Talking about what "How To Get Away with Murder" tried to do and failed. This show has a pretty intertwined story that unfolds quite nicely.
Edit:Just finished episode 8, JESUS Christ, I didn not see that coming. Woah.

What ever happened to that movie "The Drop" did anyone see it?  I think a saw commercial once and then heard nothing about after that

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson searches for his daughter in first trailer for San Andreas, an Earthquake disaster film - http://wp.me/p2CCWq-3VN

Like the preview, looks fairly well done.

And that appeared to be the chick from True Detective, so yeah, I'll glance at this for sure.

This is 2012, just in 2015 basically, right? Looks like a sequel just without John Cusack.

hopefully this film will be better than that garbage Cusack was in

I'll give the Rock a chance in anything he's in. I feel like I owe it to him for all the great memories and entertainment he dished out every Monday and Thursday night :pimp: .

San Andreas does look pretty good.

Cannot take the gf to see that she's already terrified of the possible earthquakes out here. Love disaster movies though.

Anyone see The November Man? Thought it was pretty good. Pierce Brosnan had all those younger agents looking like amateurs. Olga Kurylenko looking fine like always. I liked how they gave the female analyst a nickname related to her well developed chest. She was fire too.

I was trying to watch November Man last weekend but my brother came into town from a visit from Orlando so I didn't have time. Gonna try to watch it this weekend...

That movie pissed me off. That movie felt like a bad mid 90s action movie.
