conan is funnier and better at interviews

but fallon really understands how modern media works. his show is built around 8 minute youtube vids rather than expecting people to watch the entire show
 
I like how Fallon still has trouble making it through sketches without cracking up. He was the worst about that when he was on SNL, but it made a lot of the sketches he was in funnier. I remember one of those "the Lovers" sketches with Farrell and Drew Barrymore where Fallon basically could not keep a straight face at all. Hilarious.
 
Fallon is terrible at interviews... He kind goes ham like the Chris Farley character in the old SNL skit. He interrupts people way too much also for the sake of saying something funny...

Lark Voorhies is said to be suffering from severe mental health issues... I remember Martin Lawrence called off his engagement to her in the early 90s & the rumor was he said she was crazy...

^^^ That was funny, but not quite as good as the Lov-ahs sketch I was talking about or the Debbie Downer sketch with Fallon and LiLo.
 
Yeah Fallon definitely has the viral thing down.

Love Fallon (except when he overdoes the fake laugh) but Conan will always be my king :wow:

Watched Haunted House 2 the other night 2/8 the doll stuff was a bit much, did have some funny parts though, liked the 1st one better.

Also saw they had one of my favorite shows from when I was younger on and have been binge watching

7/8 now that I understand what's going on.

NO!.  Conan does just enough in the skit department.  The difference is Conan is smart and quick witted and can actually carry an interview

unlike Fallon. 

You're right about Fallon and new media though.  The thing about celebrities and pop culture now is that there isn't anything we don't know

that isn't already old news by the time it makes it to late night.  Gone are the days of the mysterious movie star.  I'm not sure I enjoy the idea

that stars now are so accessible.  There's nothing left to talk about so now it has to be games and sing alongs to fill that space

Yeah whole time I watched it knowing aint no way stabby Screech and the supposedly bi-polar Lisa was gonna show up even though I wanted them to.

Main problem being Kelly still looks fine, the other chick looked about the same but Lisa don't.

I knew as soon as she said they should switch positions that they were going to reverse roles. This show always does the weird swerves. Wonder if they're fans of Sheila from Shameless. Anyone else think it's great how Ilana is so obsessive over Abby. I thought she was going to ask Abby if she would use it on her. Her getting emotional at her grandma's service was funny.

Sometimes i'll just watch Conan skits on youtube for an hour. I liked the one where him and dave franco used tinder. Him delivering flowers on Valentine's Day was good too.

That paris hilton interview with dave was awkward to watch. I like how he doesn't kiss the butt of his guests like leno did though.

I don't watch the daily show or the colbert show. Don't know what to expect from colbert when he starts up.
 
Was there 2 versions of that commercial? I could've sworn it was the LeBron 4 as well. This is bothering me for some reason
 
Just watching the Season 5 episode of The office and the beginning where it's Halloween has to be top 5. 3 people being the Joker and Creed does it the best :rofl:
