is anyone watching bastard executioner and keeping up with it? finally got around to watching the pilot and i can't get into it. i was a huge soa fan so its pretty disappointing. 

also why is this pilot so long.. too much too soon imo

tbx is a mediocre show at best. I'll still keep up with it though since nothing else is on at 10pm on a Tuesday. I'd rather have hbo or cinemax offer those twins a half hour show and let them cook.

It is a mediocre show and here's my problem.

I don't know what ep we're on by now but I think I watched at least 3 eps. It really didn't hook me but I wanted to see where it went. For a period piece the show is just missing something the rest manage to do so well. Even the first ep of The Last Kingdom that just premiered last week hooked me more.

So yeah last week I think missed the entire ep, I said fine I'll catch it online or on demand but then all week I never got around to it. Had the opportunity but just wasn't feeling the urge. Then last night I got caught up watching part of the debate, the crappy BET awards and part of ******* Limitless but when I went to check I see last night's ep was a hr and a half! Are you ******* kidding me? This show is so hard to get through at times with pacing, now you want me to sit through 90 min of it and it probably won't even be exciting? Pass

So at this point I might binge watch it when the season is over but I dunno cuz FX some times be taking ogg eps early.
