Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

Watching the Age of Ultron now and 5 minutes in I realized, I've not seen this.

I thought I had but I have not.
I think they've made so many Marvel movies and shows that naturally I thought that I had already seen this, I'm kind of pumped right now.

I read this in a Djimon Hounsou voice for some reason and it way too unnecessarily funny for me

I can totally see/hear it being read in his voice.
He's a big fan of using "I've not" as opposed to "I haven't" or "I have not" and when he follows it with a verb, it's distinct to his articulation.

Just watched The Faculty for the first time in like 10 years. Damn that cast was FIRE!

Josh Hartnett
Usher
Salma Hayek
Shooter McGavin
Jon Stewart
The chick from Fast and Furious
Elijah Wood
The kid from That 70's Show
The chick that plays Jean Grey in X-men
The liquid Terminator cop from T2 Judgement day
and TONS more. Dope movie man. Reminds me of Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer

I always loved that movie when I was a teenager

I can remember renting it on VHS in like 1999.

That was the one about the alien tick-worms taking over the teachers' minds and invading the planet through a HS right?

I think there even was a giant worm scene chasing Elijah through the closing bleachers right?

Really good movie. Memories :pimp:

I study listening to Mozart and after seeing Leon The Professional I'm wondering how sane this is.

Yuuuuuuuup.

Robert Rodriguez film. :pimp:

That's the way I will always remember Jordana Brewster. She was flawless in that movie, she's way too damn skinny now. :smh:

Jordana Brewster's prime was quicker than T-Mac's... peak = that episode of the **** NBC show 'Chuck' she was in. I was so into her at one point. :smokin

I'm a few pages late on the Ip Man 3 talk but the movie was definitely the worst of the series. Phenomenal fights as usual but the plot was just awful. Also saw Fantastic Mr. Fox for the first time last week and thought it was dope Wes Anderson usually doesn't hit for me.

got to catch up on a few movies during the snow storm.

I really enjoyed The Martian. Matt Damon did an incredible job in this one.

When I had to cram for tests I'd have Sade on repeat. Relaxing but can also soothe you to sleep.

Man I've been saying that stuff till I turn blue in the face to my friends hahaha! Thanks for posting that vid, they match my thoughts on the movie and leo's performance to perfection. After watching them talk about Hardy's performance, I was kinda swayed though. I thought Hardy was awful and nowhere near oscar worthy with his performance. Thought about what those two dudes said, gave it another watch, and think he's deserving of the nod. I don't think he deserves to win because there were better supporting actor performances, but I think he earned a nomination

The new 24 cast Corey Hawkins (Dr Dre from Straight Outta Compton) as the new lead...

Pretty interesting... But the show runners/writers suck so it'll still probably be a flop
