got a chance to meet KRIT and his crew at this sneaker spot before the show. He just as chill and humble as you would imagine him to be. I was talking to him about the albums and purchasing and all that but they still in the process of making that happen and didnt have any. so if u catch one of the later shows they may have them by then, their suppose to come in while their out on the road to sell at the shows.

Tol me it was a lot of material thats better than some of the records he put on the album that he left off that prolly still wont make his debut.

"Live from the underground" will def be on the album too.

Show was live, not too many opening acts but for the wait it seem like he should have been up there longer...his set was sumwhere around 45 mins maybe. A lot of energy jumped in the crowd and all that. Good performer man....the hyper the crowd the hyper he will be, NOLA crowd was pretty decent but I could tell he wanted it be a more live.
This. Caught up with him on the street in Austin during SXSW and chatted with him at a showcase a few days later, and both times nothing, but the coolest, most humble cat. He had somewhere to be, but stopped long enough to quickly chat, take a picture, and tell me to come see him perform the next night.

Artists that don't act like they are better than their fans get that extra inch of respect that ensures you will be picking up their album releases day of release and always catching them on tour ...

Man... i was pissed i didn't get to see KRIT @ SWSW, but i caught him last night. Show is dope. He received so much love. Called this *$%#+ out for an encore. MF's rapping his new #!*+ bar for bar, ain't even been out a full week yet. I was very impressed w/ his show.

got ya bro

The was my first time seeing/hearing this guy. He made some good points. I agree with what he said regarding the strengths of the album, but I'm not with him on the weaknesses.

I'm writing a review of R4 for my school paper and I'm giving it a 4 or 4.5 out of 5. The only thing keeping it from being "perfect" is the amount of playa and car songs. I know those are big influences in his life and style as a rapper, but I feel like if would've added another "conscious/introspective" song or two it would've been a perfect album. He'll be here in NC on April 21 and a %+%%+ will be in attendance.

what people don't seem to understand about the south is that artists make songs tailored to driving alot

most southern cities are spaced out in terms of where events and stores are so we are in our cars alot

you can hear a song that you hate but end up loving it because the way it sounds in the car with decent speakers

it's the equivalent to being at a club and a song that you hate comes on but it sounds ill thru the sound system
