It's hard to buy anything because I continue to wait for a 50 and with that $500 limit, I'm not trying to get a couple lebrons on 30 then have a 50 with not a lot left on my card. Pissin me off.

50% are Christmas and BTS, Footlocler is over giving out discounts. When was the last time they had a F&F? over a year

When they had their last Employee Appreciation, at the beginning of December, they said the next one would be Easter, so I'm looking for one to come mid to late April. And I think the Employee Appreciation limit will be separate from the $500 monthly limit, or at least thats what the DM told me

i don't get why managers act like that. my brother worked at a champs where they had a store manager that would pull that bull and he would just call human resources on them for that and alot of other bad practices management pulled at that respective location.
it's one thing for a manager to prevent discount abuse, not letting an employee constantly hook their friends up and what not and even though i like getting discounts and saving money, i can't fault a manager on that their just doing their job, but not letting an employee who works for the company use the discount that's given to them to buy shoes for themselves is od and if i was the employee i'd complain and contact higherups above that managers head just like my brother did because the manager is making up their own rules on discounts rather then following what the company set up for them to enforce.
yeah i know it would be easier to just go to another store with the discount card if i worked for the company but a manager at the store i work at and do my job at denying me use of my own discount for no reason would piss me off so i'd most likely complain if i was an employee in that situation.
i remember when i was in new york i met up with a member on here i'm cool with outside of nt that works for a footlocker in dallas and we went to footaction on 34th st. the manager who helped out in store was extra nice and helpful to him the entire way when he was getting my friends shoes and what not out the back but the whole vibe from the manager on duty changed at the register the minute my boy pulled out his most recent footlocker stub to get his employee discount. the manager was giving run around and excuses trying to not honor the employee discount even though he was an employee, but he caved in budged once my boy told him "corporate is right around the corner, do you want me to go visit them and tell them how you treat employees of the company that are visiting from out of town"

just came from ftl and asked an associate if hes heard anything regarding a f&f coming up anytime soon, and his response was 'oh, they done took those off. dont do them anymore.'
obviously, that cant be totally true, at least i hope not, but just the fact he said that is disturbing.

a good manager is night and day....im fortunate to work for a champs and a footlocker where the managers were awesome to me...the way i see it if you do a good job for a manager and hit your goals show up to work on time and work hard....you should not have a problem getting your shoes.....and hopefully april news is legit and 500 limit goes a long way on a 50 for yourself unless you hook your friends up.....500 is actually more than enough IMO and I have 400 pairs of nikes/jordans
