the "tailored by umbro" line use the numbered sizes (like buying a suit).

Nike have gotten better, they got fairly true to size unless they are on fields, then I would go larger. I play in mine so I go a size up anyway.

^^alright thanks for the help. also I've gone to some local stores to put on a name and a couple patches on my barcelona jerseys and they have said they can't do it because it is not "their" products to mess up. so anyone who have done it themselves before know the best way to put them on successfully? thanks in advance
