Official Soccer Jersey Thread

Authentic Earthquakes kits in a Large are hard to come by on ebay.
And no one else has any in-stock online.

have you tried getting one at Buck Shaw? They usually have a lot on hand. If not try the offices across the street. They sell apparel there as well. Or wait until we get that 3rd star on there

Kitbag.com has some nice deals on a lot of last years jerseys in the outlet section.
I just ordered the black/red Man City Jersey with the Balotelli printing and the Alternate Spain Jersey with Mata printing, for under 90 shipped...

I just picked up the same Man City except with Yaya Toure printing. Thanks for the heads up

I just picked up a France 12/13 Benzema home kit and Netherlands away 12/13 kit. Definitely props to chiva1908 for recommending kitbag!

I've been a huge fan of soccer since I watched my first FIFA world cup back in '98. But I didn't start watching League matches until 2 years ago :smh:

I've always wanted a soccer jersey, but I've never had the balls to pull the trigger on one. Eiddyfouw has linked me the Kaizer Chiefs one he's wearing in his avy but every time I have the money I spend it on something else :smh:

Can my fellow NT brethren school me on soccer jerseys? I only have a little bit of knowledge about them. How do they fit? I'm about 5'5 145 if that matters.

And how much is the cost for one?

I was looking at this Van Persie Man U joint

Does the low price mean it's fake? :nerd:

Pls respond

Arsenal kits will be made by Adidas when the Nike contract expires in 2014.

Hopefully Nike can match the offer or something.  I would hate to see Arsenal with 3 stripes on their shoulders, it doesn't seem right.

i'm pretty sure it's a done deal.

Nike replicas are much better fitting than Adidas.

it's matter of preference really...
personally though, adidas FORMOTION and Techfit kits... :pimp:
i'd love it if United switched to adidas...

This is a downgrade for fans.

if you ask me,i think it's an upgrade...
adidas has been in the game much longer than Nike has...plus,adidas is still the official matchball for the Champions' League and most major international competitions...
Nike may be popular in the US but adidas got Europe on lock...if anything,Arsenal will get further exposure with this new deal...

anyway...who wears adidas boots in the current Arsenal squad?Podolski?Cazorla?

Don't get me wrong, I think the Adidas Techfit/ForMotion stuff looks great. However, those are not available to the public for Euro clubs unless you find a team/player issued one. If you do find one, it will cost a fortune. I'm saying this is a loss for the fans because the Adidas replicas aren't that great. They fit loose in the body and the sleeves are way too long. Nike does a much better job with the fitting of their replicas. They are contoured very nicely to the body in the same way that their Dri-Fit shirts are. I'd take the nicer fitting garment over the ill fitting one any day.

^

You'll be fine with a medium. That small might be a little snug on you, though.

^^ that's a good fake. I'm pretty sure it's fake because of the premier league patches

good catch, I didn't noticed that

What about the Premier League patches? What stood out the most to make you conclude it was fake?

Also does anyone know where to get this Arsenal jersey? I would def appreciate the info

Just got my Man City jersey from kitbag. The quality of the jersey is nice, but the fit is very tailored. Its very tight for an XL (46). I Like my jerseys a little loose so that I can play in them. I'll find a way to make it work though

Could you please post a pic? :nerd:

Just looked on kitbag and they're having a small 10% off sale. :smh:

I only have enough $ for one jersey, I like buying multiple jerseys at a time.

I need that Man U jersey they were wearing yesterday with Chicharito on the back :pimp:

My reaction when i got this

:x

-Cheap
-The back is suppose to have "Mexico" in big *** font, not this "where's Waldo" tiny print.
-The print on the sleeve is cool but one wash and I'll say goodbye to that.

^^^dang that sucks, because it actually is a nice jersey. But I guess that's Atletica for you...maybe the reason why Mexico made the switch to nike and then adidas. Although I think atletica made some of the best looking Mexico jerseys.
