I root for one team and one team only, Chelsea FC. I don't own any soccer jerseys from any other Euro club except Barca. All my other jerseys are from Mexico, South America or Africa

As an White American born and raised, i was introduced to soccer by a brazilian friend growing up so the only club I am loyal to is Atletico Minieiro which is his family's club. But i like to follow certain players such as Neymar, Balotelli, and Reus and they determine which team i root for. So if Reus went to Real Madrid i would have no problem wearing his kit along with a Barca Neymar. Just my pov

I've been mirin' hard at everybody's pick ups the last few pages :pimp: :pimp:

ah ha!! so it was you with the jerseys with match details!! can you please post your Dortmund CL kit? :nerd:

Found this at the Ross in Downtown (Miami, FL) size small
the one directly in front of bayfront park?

I LOVE DIFFERENT KITS BUT ITS HARD FOR ME TO COP A CLUB I DONT SUPPORT.

FOR EXAMPLE I LOVE JAMES AND CR7 BUT REAL MADRID CAN GO FLY A KITE.

I MAINLY HAVE BARCA JOINTS, PORTUGAL AND USA, AND RANDOM COLOMBIAN TEAMS.

LMAO I DO HAVE AN INTER JERSEY THOUGH
bro, please stop screaming

^^I'd say that is a very solid writeup.
Sterling came in today...

shoulda copped with da Coutinho printing :smh:

So turns out that I'm staying at the same hotel as Real Madrid and got a chance to meet a few of the players and management. I was a few feet from Ronnie but a few stupid guests decided to start shouting the players names when we told not to do so (Hotel management allowed for us to wait in the lobby and let the players come to us) and then this **** jumped the ropes. Now the hotel and RM security aren't allowing the guests to ask for autographs :smh: >:

Oh well, I should be grateful that I got to meet Florentino Perez, Ancelotti, Pepe, Alonzo, Casillas and Sergio Ramos.

I barely started noticing people using cardboard to fold there jerseys to get it signed recently like on tv video clips. pretty smart.

agree that it's not lame for a person to not want to wear another kit.

but its lame to waste keystrokes in a soccer jersey thread typing out how you wouldnt do it. nobody asked or cares. i thought this was more for information gathering/sharing pics/pickups.
 You act as if this thread only speaks about why they wouldn't wear a certain jersey. People are still posting about pickups and information. I actually do care to hear why people don't wear a certain jersey. There is always an interesting reason why people wouldn't wear a certain jersey.

Thierry Henry Thierry Henry yeah that one by bayfront

I would rather be buttnaked in a blizzard than wear a Spurs jersey.

What do you think of Tottenham? SH*T
What do you think of Sh*t? TOTTENHAM

Thank you.

Got my name number set in the mail today!
Went to my local soccer store and got them printed ! Maybe I'll add those World Cup patches soon!

Sweet! Where did you get the name set for the US jersey? I have a blank coming in the mail and want to try and get Wondolowski printed on it.

^ I totally agree with this AirKevin15, when it comes to the Premier League I support Arsenal. I won't even think about buying a kit from one of our rivals, the new Leicester City kit is amazing and the only reason I would cop is no offense they don't really compete with Arsenal. When it comes to other leagues I buy kits I like and I like players on my kit so you will never see me buy a kit with the enemies player on it. For example I will buy a Real Madrid Ronaldo kit even though he played for Manu but never a Bale kit because he played for the scum. When it comes to national teams I don't care as long as they have a player from The Arsenal in the squad I buy the kit and put that players name on it. My biggest conundrum was the Cesc Barcelona kit I ended up buying. I liked the kit, the player, and understood the reason he left so i bought it, but you will never see a Chelsea Cesc kit anywhere near my collection. In the past I was much more irrational about this as it wasn't my money and trashed my Ashley Cole kit when he left, but as I started to spend my own money I just moved those kits to the back of the closet. The Gervhino and RVP kits will collect dust until I sell them to Classic Kits one day. Sorry about the length but mix passion and drinks together and this is what you get. COYG!

Not too passionate about soccer ......yet, so it doesn't really matter which team's jersey I wear. As far as basketball and football goes, I don't think I could wear a jets or celtics jersey. When I buy a jersey from another team that's not my own, it's really about the name on the back, not the front.

i get all of my match details from eBay and i press them myself using a regular household iron...no problems so far...

anyway,here's my latest pickup...
i've missed out on so many good WC-winning kits in the past,i wasn't gonna let this one slip by...

Anybody know where I can get a USA waldo jersey nameset? besides ebay right now. :smh:

What I did was call soccer stores around . Ie soccer corner nikys sports etc and ask to purchase the name number set! That's how I got the Ramos , Beckerman and Rooney name number set!

just got into copping jerseys, and my head is spinning. I've been looking through a bunch of club teams and it's endless. I'm trying to target some teams/players i like but also see a few i plan to cop just because of the great color scheme.....

how the hell do you all easily tell which jerseys are authentic? ive been seeing a lot of people list "authentic" jerseys, but nothing on the jersey is sewn. hard to tell when its a true authentic vs. a replica.

am i over-thinking this?

with basketball jerseys, its easy. replica (screen), swingman (stitched cheap screen material), authentic (sewn all over)

It's tough with soccer jerseys. It really is. I'm MUCH MORE concerned with finding legit patches and numbers and letters though. I think a lot of us have said that we just buy from whichever sellers on eBay seem the best. They're probably all "replica" patches anyway.

By the way, am I the only one that hates the new "authentic" Premier League letters and numbers? I LOVE the felt ones. This year and last year I bought all of my Chelsea shirts blank and I'm gonna add the old felt letters and numbers and patches later. Anyone else feel me on this?

For sure.  The Lextra/felt printing just felt really nice and high-quality.  The players probably like the newer stuff more, but I loved how nice the Lextra looked and felt on the kits.  That being said, I'm not planning on going through the hassle/cost of tracking down older Lextra namesets.

The newer printing seems a little more generic/less special than the Lextra but it's definitely a bit crisper and more vibrant.  This is pretty evident on the newer sleeve patches.

Does anyone know if the gold BPL Champions patches are still Lextra?  I think that was the case last season.

Don't worry bro. It's not as much of a hassle as you think at all! There are guys on eBay that sell individual random letters and numbers. You don't have to track down entire namesets! Check out the link below. I bought a few letters/numbers from him.

Lextra Premier League letters and numbers!
