my RODMAN collection (Air Shake, Air Rattle, Air Roll, Air Worm Ndestrukts from 1996)

These are my Rodman shoes from back in the day. Most are 15 years old, with production dates ranging from November 1995 to February 1996. I got them all back then. Exceptions:

The "Steelers" patent Shakes (pic 1) and black patent Shakes (pic 7) are Euro-exclusives, i got them in Scotland in 1998.

The blue/white Shakes (pic 2) are Foot Action exclusives from when FA was opening in summer 1996.

The blue Rolls (pic 11) are Footlocker exclusives, which is why they don't have the "worm" symbol on the back, they just have "air" in a circle.

The Rattles (pic 9) are samples.

Thanks, when i see veteran NTers like yourself and Aldy and others in the thread compliment the collection, that feels good.

I know the Rodmans aren't everyone's cup of tea. When they came out 15 years ago, they were hot, the Shakes sold out quickly in a lot of places. But retrospectively, a lot of shoe freaks say they don't like them. But i have always loved the designs.

ALDY (sorry, don't know how to get your name to be a link, like you did for mine) ... I used to wear them, but only very carefully, only indoors, never balled in them, always was careful to wipe them down after wearing, etc. But it's been probably 5 years since i wore any of them.

The WORM! those are sick, in their own way! Always cool havin a unique collection like this! The Black patent/silver Rattles are insanely awesome...don't remember that CW droppin back then. I REALLY remember the Bulls CW worm w/the zipper but u til your pic, I don't think I'd seen em in more than a decade! Memories...

Hey I have a white sleeveless Nike T shirt that's got the black jagged net with an orange Bball in it that's a perfect match to your rattles & just as old! I haven't worn it in more years than I can count but it's clean & safe in one of my dresser. I had the matching green/black/white version of the same shirt but since it was a size bigger, I parted ways w/it years ago. If you're interested inthe white one, PM me!

Back in the day buffet! Haven't seen most of these in 10+ years. Always loved em though. I remember Marlon on the "Wayan's Bros" show used to always rock em.

very nice, i wasn't a fan of the rodman line back in the day. but the 1st, 2nd and 4th pairs got me mad for sleepin on em
 
OP what is the length of the OG laces on the AIR Shake? I gotta sz 12 w/ no OG laces, I got round ones right now, but I would like to know the original lenth. Thanks in advance.

I have original laces on my size 12 shakes, and they are about 41 inches long.
