i'm telling ya, when you're faded, "coming down" takes you to another planet... that pad sound is so lush... that little guitar and japanese chick are just too perfect with it... plus how he harmonizes with all the sounds at the end... :pimp:

This _ floated on this so effortlessly.. Its back on repeat now :smh: :x

3.5 of that good + The Weeknd + a freak = a good time. :pimp: :pimp: :pimp: :pimp:

Yooooo, to the dudes who copped shirts, how do his tees fit?? are they thick, thin? Will it shrink??

Most likely copping the black tee Panda Cat with red & white lettering.

If not, bout to cop the GITD tank.

Honestly, I suggest downloading the original mixtapes. Not only are they free, they sound better to the ear initially. When your ears get trained on the original sound, then listen to the Itunes version. Just a suggestion though.

I agree. The original raw version of those songs are magical at first listen. While I do love the well polished versions of the tracks, there's something about the originals, man.

i love the fact that i can pop the trilogy in to my cd player in the car.. i don't even have the originals any more.

no aux ftl.

Listened to the man for the first time quite in a while. Needless to say debauchery ensued and I've not slept since Thursday morning. Slightly delirious, but I don't think I've heard an artist whose music pulls you emotionally like he does.

Good weekend to all. No puns intended.

Call me crazy, but Trilogy > the mixtapes (overall). Wish they didn't make such drastic changes to certain tracks (I.e. What you need) but they cleaned these songs up real nice. Thursday is a brand new experience on Trilogy. The original sounded like he recorded under water.

I don't really limit myself to either only OG mixtapes or only Trilogy. I think we all agree that some tracks are better on the original tapes while others are better on the Trilogy. All I do is make sure I sub out the better versions when I listen to each project. The transitions are still there, well from what I remember. That's the only reason I could think why not to do that.

I bought one at the concert too for a friend, but what I didn't know was that they were at the same damn and now I have two signed copies.

still have never listened to the trilogy but the og mixtapes still get more play from me than anything else

You're gonna hate him...
Then you'll want me...
Then you'll miss him...
Then you'll hate me...

That **** was too real when I first heard it. Hit me when I was going through something similar at the time. :smh:
