The song is ok...i think the only thing i don't like is the production. I don't know how to explain it but it comes off as corny. The big build up and stop and basic piano notes. It starts off so well and i was amped then just drags.
I also don't think im ready for a love song from him. I keep waiting for a raunchy line, or something.

Yes, I guess he is "trying something new" in terms of the production and delivery but the raunch is still there. Just packaged differently. I personally love how subtle he can be with it, i.e. Love Me Harder. He's still himself just through a different filter.
Now something like "Devil May Cry" is a true departure if you want to talk about different. I honestly don't care for that one that much...
It's just interesting that he involves himself with these blockbuster flicks and also with someone like Ariana Grande.
