im guessing you missed the restock on NDC.

Whats the difference if you buy something and let people bid on them, and they go for $100 over retail price?

Would that piss people off too?

I dont see how it would.....Consumers set the market, not the buyers. If you dont want it for $100 over retail, dont buy them...the seller will come to their senses and lower the price if they are smart, just like regular stores do.

Its just shoes........Its not like you are bidding on a contract that could effect your livelihood or anything.

Yes! I did missed out on the restock, dearly. Smh @ myself. Although, I did copp the KD3 ASG for little over retail. Hopefully I can say the same about Lb8 ASG; hence slightly over retail.

look people need to relax... stop worrying about what other people do with the shoes... Resellers create HYPE... HYPE sells.. everyone on here rush to the store because they love Hype also... so for all the resellers out there.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

you pay the reseller extra so you don't have to line up, but if people didn't buy from resellers, you wouldn't have to line up in the first place.

false.

if nike only releases 100 of one shoe,

theres 100 people in line (none of them resellers)

the 100 pairs get bought, and now since none are resellers you wont have an option of buying them (either for retail or not)

now if out of those 100 pairs, 25 get into the hands of "resellers" you have a chance at getting a pair.

sneakers are only worth what people are willing to pay, no one is telling you to pay over retail or even retail for things, YOU CHOOSE TO DO IT.

people are dumb and lazy, so why not make easy money off of it.

exactly what i was saying.

Reselling is a chance. If you have a connect and can get a discount then resell and make the money. If you get it for retail then there's a chance you'll lose money, that is how it is reselling. Most of the time you'll gain especially if you have vintage, but there's time when you'll get nothing to a little less money on ebay after fees. But hey i've lost money as well on the bay but i've also gained alot so i've actually been on a gain and only lost a few since selling in 2001. I work right now but i still sell so there's a way i can afford 200 plus shoes on ebay without taking it out of my earnings. Kobes are the ones that has helped me alot and lebrons from time to time as well. Thanks to those two i've gotten 3 more jordan 3 bhm to put my collection on those shoes to 5 maybe 6 who knows.

HONESTLY...

WE ALL DO IT...

some are just more crazy than others...i mean if it wasnt for resellers we wouldn't get stuff we REALLY wanted that we missed out on.

what grinds my gears is this...i have connections...SOLID ones...im able to get stuff with ease...dont beg me to get you a pr for 30,40,50% off if you gonna just flip it...cuz then u just using me to make more $$$...

this is why i sorta slowed down hookin ppl up...flippin anything has gone overboard...i heard dudes tryin to flip fake gucci belts on the train to a kid that didn't know any better...they were salty when i told the kid it was a bootleg.

The most truth I've encountered today. I hate those types of auctions.

sell one buy two. my philosophy. my 100 some pairs all came from the $300-400 i started with like 3 years ago...(with additions along the way from bdays and such)
