I was texting a girl last week and she told me that her "throught" hurted, I replied "Are you feeling better. does your throat still hurt?" hoping she would realize she misspelled throat but she replied, "No, my THROUGHT still hurts". I was truly amazed by her stupidity.

I hate when people say "I could care less," to indicate they don't care. People also always answer the phone and then when the caller asks for them say, "this is she." America also tends to struggle with when to say "my brother and me," versus "my brother and I," which now I'm just nitpicking I'll admit.
