Missed the second half of the game. I saw they blew it and wasn't surprised, but Ackley got hurt?

Aquasox game was cool. I got to see Andrew Carraway pitch and from what I remember, he was doing great at AAA. He must've been on a rehab stint or something because I don't know how you can fall from AAA to A like that. It makes sense though, because he rarely broke 88 MPH with his pitches and that can't be his absolute max. I'll have to follow that.

Seager is just like his bro...A solid hitter. Roped a double in the 8th. Nothing much from DJ. Austin WIlson (2nd round pick) is a big *** mofo who looks very imposing in the box...Until he gets a pitch. Swings at everything and cannot make contact at all.

Edit: Did a quick search on Carraway and high-eighties fastball is indeed his tops. More of a location/control guy.

Yeah I've been tracking the younger Seager, them bloodlines ain't no joke. I can't not see him developing just like Kyle did for us.

But they weren't out of players yesterday. Thats the sad part...they forfeited the DH position once Jason Bay (who pinch ran for Morales, our DH) went in the outfield for Ackley. Remember Ibanez was also thrown out at home in the 8th...all while Michael Saunders sits waiting to pinch run. But of course Wedge brings him out an inning too late.

And IDC Nick Franklin is the best all around player on our team, even after just a month.
 
I hope the M's can give Felix some run support tomorrow. No reason we shouldn't be able to win this series with Felix and Iwakuma going the next few days.
 
Glad they didn't trade Franklin.

The bats. :pimp: Morales may be in for a strong second half.

Seags is just Simply Seags, doing what he does. Smoak is starting to get hits which is encouraging.
 
Let's. Do. This. First sweep in Texas since 2002(!) I have a feeling Iwakuma is going to be dominant tomorrow.
 
Good pitch, but hit it to the perfect spot... right between the fielders...
