2 outs, tying run on 3rd. Batter hits a dribbler towards 1st, Smoak gets the ball and applies a tag on the runner, who tried to dodge the tag. Replays looked awfully close. Could have gone either way. 
 
Bartender feels like he's been haning on a thread as of late, location is off.

Yeah, me too...although it seems this is a pretty normal thing that happens in baseball, I'd just like to know the process of why it happens for a player like Felix at least
 
I still can't understand this process fully. Just doesn't make sense to me. I've heard fans would be stunned at all the stars that come across waivers, yet nothing hardly happens. Don't get it. What's the point? :lol:
