how do you guys watch the rainers games?
also i loved franklins batting stance, made a nice small strike zone and makes a quick swing. something i hated about ackleys was how big his strike zone was

 Blaming fans/outer circle distractions as the cause of young players not performing is bush league. I can't wait until tonight when he tries and backtrack on those statements. Seattle fans AND media have shown more than enough patience with these guys, no question.

That's what I would say. The guy is a flamer.

Sabermetrics or not...He CANNOT hit. Wedge loves to puff his chest out a lot abut the "yahoos" who apparently don't know what they're talking about, yet this guy hasn't had a clue how to set the lineup or when to bring in the relief pitchers since he's gotten here. He overmanages and hasn't put enough accountability on his struggling players, who also have ZERO fire behind them. It's a disgrace.

Ackley wasn't getting the job done. Period. He needed to be sent down to at least get his confidence back. I like Wedge, but that is a bs comment.
 
Tough to only get 1 run, but I'll take it esp. with the back to back rookies in the lineup.

sidenote: Zunino just homered in the top 7th to tie the game for the Rainiers.

If you've can access MLB.TV you can watch minor league games, or just stream them online. Coast Live Sports is a good site.

Good news is that in July and August there won't be any beer lines and hardly any traffic when I go to games.
