Haven't posted much going into the season about our team, but cot damnit it just feels different this year. Going down 1-0 on the King of all people is just what i felt the team needed. I've been saying it all spring, it'll be easy to get 9 outs the first time around but the 2nd time thru the order is when we apply pressure on opposing pitchers. Nelly Cruz seemed a bit behind on a lot of his pitches but I cant worry...the depth throughout the lineup is so key. If guys like brad and Ackley can find their pitches and get on base it opens so much up for veteran guys like A-Jax, Seth, and Cruz and Seager on the other side of the lineup.
