The ump squeezed Kuma on a few occasions... cost him a walk, but no runs.  

Then in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs, Cano on 1st & Kendrys at the plate (tying and go-ahead runs)... Kendrys gets K'd looking on a pitch that was at least a few inches inside... tracer confirmed it.

I went to the game Saturday, thoughts:

-Jesus Sucre is useless. I'd rather have Montero up as the backup catcher, at least he can get a base hit
-Jackson is going to be exposed in this lineup, he doesn't have Detroit's mashers to hide him
-Ackley is really coming into his own, maybe his swing was shortened but he's seeing the ball better
-Morales is much better from his right, at least now, his stance is much more compact and efficient than his left
-Chris Taylor is on fire right now, why does Lloyd play Miller at all?
-Tough schedule is going to kill us the 2nd half
 
Can't make it to the game on the 9th bros.

I'm gonna have to reschedule for a different date
 
Hopefully this is one of those weird games where Felix gives up runs, yet the M's win...

I don't even know why I constantly invest 3 hours into these busters. Drag me along all night only to lose by one run in the end...Every time. :smh:

I'll reserve judgement on Ack. because like they say, "don't act like we haven't seen this before." Second half tear isn't anything new for the guy but what I'd like to see is for him to carry that through August and all the way through September. And that doesn't mean getting 3 hits a night but continuing to drive the ball into the gaps, make solid base hits, and some flashes of power wouldn't hurt from time to time.

Taijuan Walker get obliterated tonight.
