At this point in his career Ichiro should not be untouchable...I agree with SinnerP....I dont see them doing it..although they should, its only to benefit (or attempt to) him.

I wonder how he would react getting moved out of the leadoff spot

Surprised at the Laffey move, he had some bad outtings recently but I think overall he was fine...unless he is being cut to make room for someone else
