NEW YORK -- Seattle Mariners outfielder Milton Bradley has been suspended for one game and fined following his ejection against the Boston Red Sox last weekend.

Bradley asked the players' association to appeal, delaying any penalty until after a hearing. Major League Baseball imposed the suspension on Tuesday.

Bradley hit an RBI double in the third inning of Seattle's 2-0 win Saturday night and was standing at second base when the problem started. After teammate Miguel Olivo was called out on a close play at first base, Bradley began arguing with second base umpire Gerry Davis and was ejected.

What a win. Game was so back and forth. Glad to see the team pull through, really shows how much they've matured so quickly. If this was the old M's there's no way we win this game

Welcome to the big leagues Pineda..didnt give up a HR until tonight..and gives up two..and still pitched very good

Brendan Ryan seems like a nice guy but jesus christ...dude killed two chances to score with two double plays...horrible, I cringe when I see him at the plate

I've been rooting for Saunders for a while but he's been pretty bad...I still think the kid can be good

Can't wait till DA is back so Ray can pack his bags..he wasnt horrible tonight but he still sucks

Win tomorrow, I'll gladly take a series win
