-Morningstar Fake Ground Beef
-Red Onion
-Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt
-Sriracha
-Olive Oil

-Take out the fake ground beef and let it sit for about 30 minutes to thaw a little out
-Turn your stove on to medium and put a pan on it, or a little bit below depending on the strength of your stove, then put a little bit of Olive Oil in the pan
-While the pan is heating up dice the red onions and tomatoes and lettuce
-When the pan is up to the desired temp. put the fake beef in the pan to cook it
-As the beef gets close to being done (maybe 4 minutes in) add the spices
-Often times the spices will look to be sticking to the pan rather than the beef, this isn't an issue. Take your pan to the sink and put a little bit of water in it so that the spices will stew with the beef (the water will cook off in maybe 15 seconds)
-When the water is evaporated add the Sriracha hot sauce
-Let the beef cook for another minute or two and take a fork and try it to see if it's seasoned properly and cooked all the way through
-While the beef is cooking you should also have another pan on low-medium heat. win this pan put your tortillas on it for maybe 20 seconds to warm them
-Assemble and eat
sounds like a good vegetarian meal

if you just want to eat vegetarian you can substitute the dairy-free items with the real stuff i.e. cheese, milk, butter

the actual names of the food on the show were created without using words like pork, beef, chicken so that's why they might sound kind of weird

i've done some other shows... if you need recipes hit me up or if you have any requests i'm trying to make some more shows as well

Show could definitely do with some polishing but I really like what you're doing man, keep up the good work.

Thanks Marvel Man.

Oh and if you make the beef for the tacos make extra and put it in the freezer. When you want a quick meal throw some spaghetti noodles in a pot of boiling water, heat a sauce pan to just below Medium heat. Put a little bit of olive oil in it and throw the leftover meat from the freezer in the pan and after it's about half way reheated add some store bought spaghetti sauce. After it's fully reheated drain the spaghetti and pour it in the sauce pan and mix it. Eat.

Same here. Over the last 1.5 years I have eaten less and less meat.

I eat a LOT of beans. My man Ron Artest put me on, he says he eats beans all of the time. I make a big pot of beans about once every 2 weeks.

Go to Walmocks and buy the pack of 15 beans. No more than 2.50

I cook down onions and mushrooms, carmelize them, then add water to them and use that as my base. I add the beans (that I soaked over night), and cook. I usually add granulated garlic, cumin, black pepper. I add the salt at the end.

Good stuff man.

What beans do you normally cook

Ive been messing with lemon pepper and curry lately. Cayenne pepper as usual too. Lima beans are my favorite but I also like black eyed peas and chickpeas for soup.

Black Beans
Pinto Beans
Great Northern Beans (Rarely)
Black Eyed Peas
Split Pea Soups
Lentils
16 Bean Soup (Very Good, but I don't use the mystery seasoning package that comes with it)

Beans are a beast man.
