I hope Coughlin sits Plax next week. That week off will do him well. Even if he plays everyone else, let Plax rest.
Nice game by the Defense and the O-Line. Bradshaw and Jacobs came to play today as well.

giants really do need to get rid of coughlin and eli after this season though.
despite going into the playoffs for a number of years during their tenure in ny, they've both proven themselves to be highly incompetent and incapable ofadding extra value to the team
with every successive win, both of these herbs get a pass and their inconsistencies and major blunder become less conspicuous.
neither of them did much to solidify this victory or most of the previous ones
when all is said and done, i'm happy certain members of the team came through and played big today, but let's be real about this

I agree that it is time for Eli to go, but I dont say get rid of Coughlin yet. You cant fault him for Eli's inadequacies. I do however think he needs anew O coordinator

Eli had a disappointing season no doubt about it looks like he will end this season with more ints than TDs which is just nasty. but the giants do lead the NFLin drops and plax hasnt been the same in the 2nd half. eli did throw a perfect pass to smith which should have been a TD.
bottom line eli has not gotten better as QB, but to say you want him to go or lorenzen in there is dumb. who do you want to start as the QB next season. giants3 years in a row are in the playoffs, if eli gets all the blame when things go wrong then he gets the credit for making the playoffs 3 years in a row, how manyteams can say that. not since phil simms have the giants made the playoffs 3 years in a row. dont get me wrong i'm down on eli, giants need to give him onemore season and see how if he improves, because he will want a new contract and he shouldn't get one unless he shows improvement. by the way last season 2players on offense made the pro bowl shockey and tiki this year none on offense, never had a olinemen in the pro bowl and never a wide WR. it looked early likeplax would be a pro bowl WR but his injury got worse, giants should have benched him for the miami game

Giants win,they get in the playoffs, and they cover the spread.
Bradshaw has talent but he just needs to stop fumbling, thats why he hasnt gotten much playing time. I see a good 1 2 punch, he could be our receiving RB andsince jacobs got the butter fingers.

I've seen so manypasses this season from him that could lead to big gains if the passes were on the money. Im tired of seeing our WRs making circus catches all game long.He's the one holding us back, if we were cut him after this season i dont see another team signing him to be there starting QB.

We just have to put it all together on the offensive side of the ball. We cant have 1st n goal on the 2 and not score a TD, we need to cash in on our gooddrives and not settle for FGs

giants did NOT get into the playoffs over the last bunch of years because of eli. once again, giants have NOT gotten into the playoffs because of eli'scontributions, or lack thereof
it's always been the playmaking of other teamates that has allowed the team to get there
he's just been going along for the ride and that's very fortunate for the poor performer that he's proven himself to be throughout his entire timewith the giants.

I think holdupstop was still defending dude this season but then his eyes opened up. Good move sir.
I also hate how the media portrays that Eli was a major reason for winning a game. Its always Eli manning and the giants did this and did that.
I just went to nfl.com and they have Eli manning and the Giants wrapped up a playoff berth.

Im not saying you just ged rid of Eli but they can draft a QB, like say with a 3rd round pick, someone with talent to push Eli to play better. He is amediocre QB at best. He knows his job is in no danger, because I dont thin anyone expects great things from Lorenzen. Although I would love to see AndreWoodson in a Giants uniform.

The beginning of the game was stressful with those two touchdown runs by the Bills.
The NY running game and DEFENSE STEPPED UP MAJOR. 38-7 run!!!!
Jacobs is a true beast, but needs get his big burly self lower to the ground. Hes the biggest running back Iv ever seen.

Giants will not survive even one game in the playoffs. This team isn't built for the post-season. They've been very fortunate to win 9 games thisseason. I particularly am irked by the NY media lardasses like Mike from Mike and the Maddog who are somehow placing unneeded pressure on the Giants to winthis upcoming game agaisnt the Patriots as if they really sand a chance. Shame on him and others like him who feel like it's the Giants' duty toprevent the Patriots from winning this game. It's not going to happen first of all, but secondly, it's not even necessary. It won't prove anythingother than a lucky win. If it were up to me, I would rest some of the borderline injury players who need the rest and just take the L without riskinganyone's post-season playing time.
