Same here. My crazy self is looking for a 2nd part time job on top that has steadier hours. I'm gonna try for a house in August. No sense paying rent for an appt in this state how high it is compared to how to the housing market is now. It's a good time to buy

There are definatly alot of benefits to owning a home but get ready for the never ending hustle of keeping your home in shape especially is its in this area where most homes are like 50+ years old. It never ends.

Maaaan listen! I'm playing in poo today because my tenants toilet cracked. Plumber wanted 650 and I told him to kicks rocks.
