any tea drinkers here ??? vol. new to this tea thang ......

just started drinking tea myself about 5 months ago. i work nights and got tired of drinking coffee and the heartburn that comes with it. jamaican dude i work with put me on to green tea, and i cant front it's pretty dam good.

i also haven't been sick once all winter, i guessing it's the tea.

i also tried black tea , pretty good too .

i drink these cause they're free from work

Try tazo passion tea. Make it, stash it in the fridge, and mabey put a slice of lemon.

If you drink black tea consistently (like a couple of times a day everyday), make sure you drink a good amount of water as well so you don't get kidney stones.

i usually just put a couple sweet n lows in it or some honey, i know people use milk also but i heard it gross that way ...


i had another question also, do u leave your teabag in ( pause ) or do u take it out ( pause ) when u drink it ?

yea im a tea drinker, tea and shirley biscuits every morning... caribbean parents/grand parents will do that to you
