I think a lot of it has to do with the recent shapes. AM1/87 are probably my favorite model of all time. I just can't get down with that banana/cliff hanger shape man.

.. AM1/90 are probably the most butchered played out kicks here in EU , from the being a great iconic model to a hyper mass produced junk product. I still wonder where ppl find the appeal in them these days , its not even close to its original form. Reminds me more of Santa Claus tree slippers these days
