My father just passed away from lung cancer in September. He loved red flannel stuff. I think I am going to make a pair in his honor even though I may not look right wearing them. Seemed like a cool homage to him.

for you guys that ordered the flax from FNL, have you gotten shipping confirmation yet? typically i get it on sunday or monday, but nothing yet.
 
Nothing yet. I ordered the AF1 from FL also and got nothing yet also. I hope the FNL goes through I was going to return the pair I got from NDC, which will be here tomorrow.

oh ok jw. its interesting that FNL still shows a FSR and theyre not even on NDC anymore. i was hoping to get mine before the weekend :rolleyes
 
In the same boat.. ordered flax from FNL n still no shipping confirmation. Might give them a call make sure my order is good..
 
itll be stupid if they cancel our orders, considering there are sizes still up...but ive heard its happened in the past :rolleyes

FNL is one of the few places that let's us use coupons on new releases, has a reward program, has a good track record with shipping, has a good record of not overselling and so on. it not even been 2 business days. let them live.

My condolences. Since sneakers are a part of your life, I think that's quite a way to honor him!

My condolences. Just went through the same situation with my Mom recently (different CA though). I'm looking at creating an ID, as well, just don't know which one yet.
 
tempted to cop the flax from FNL with $20/$100 and $20 WC but I keep referring back to the Milanos and I dont wear those that often.  I know they are totally different shoe but the whole tan vibe has me on the fence about copping as if they're a similar shoe. Can anyone confirm if these run a tad big pls? Sorry if i missed the answer to that question already...
