Seems like that's about what they're going for now each.  Maybe a little higher for the golds

If they're DS, you should be okay.  If you paid that for both, you should be golden

I have that same pair too and it does loosen up. Only thing though I bought it a whole size up rather than my usual 1/2 size up on am1s. That toe box runs pretty tight and they fit really comfortable after going up a size.

That's good to know about the sizing. I usually wear a 10.5 and these are an 11. I didn't know about the recommendation to size up, but bought these only because they were pretty inexpensive. Glad to know I should have sized up anyways.
 
I dont think so.

Why not ID a pair with a better shape? Sure you have to wait a bit, but the shape will be so much worth it IMHO
