False. Shoes won't add to cart before countdown completes. Any attempt results in an error. By the time the countdown gets to within a few seconds, most attempts to add to cart result in something along the lines of "two many add to cart requests right now - please try again in a few minutes"
Also - no line for this release. Either it went to your cart or it didn't.
