I wear a 9 usually in AM90's and occasionally get an 8.5. My AM1 patches are am 8.5 and fit me perfect. Usually get an 8.5 in AM1;s but as for your question, i got an 8.5 and they feel snug. I could have went with the 9 i think. But its not too tight.

I have a narrow foot and prefer a snug fit so i'll stick to my AM1 Patch size. Thanks so much!
