I would go same size, if you like a loose fit(or plan to wear thicker socks) go .5 up. They'll probably fit narrow till broken in like Forces

I think they'll eventually launch in the US. I've been waiting for this release for months, so I pulled the trigger. Plus, it's a good deal, imo. Any one recall how much retail was for last year's Wheat AM1s?

the talk of the w&w's, curry's and urawas compelled to share a pic of some of my fave AM1s. and the first two were $40 outlet purchases back in the day. FSRs too.

back in 2003-2004 nobody wanted them it was very easy to get them below retail
there was also no resale value for the shoes what you had in your picture
the resale market for AM1s started really to took off around 2007-2008
in the pre 2007 era the only AM1s that were profitable
are the Clot1, MG, DW, KR, AMS, Atmos Viotech & Safari and the BRS

True, the curry & Urawa AM1 were on sale at shoe biz SF for 40$
I don't think the W&W AM1s released Quickstrike in U.S, I don't remember seeing them at shoe biz, recon or HUF
I know they released overseas and some pairs popped up at Vacaville outlet for 40$ that's where I bought my pair.
The W&W pretty much went under the radar with no hype at all.
