Just out of curiosity. You Guys that own the 2016 safaris. Did any of you have trouble with sizing being bigger than normal?

Those bespokes are nice also. I was in NYC this passed weekend and had to check out 21mercer. They had a pair of bespokes on display with so many different materials on one shoe.it was crazy. Kinda wish i had an appointment/funds for a pair.

I like the subtle bespokes that change up the materials to make them "unique."  I'll admit i'm too old to have too colorful am1's or anything that's too out there...

i think the bespokes look good - but I feel like safari print is on a lot of am1's nowadays

if you are talking about the atmos safari's - i got my usual size, but they are a little bigger.  I heard that leather based/suede based air max 1's run a little bigger

if you are talking about the white and black safari print am1's that released in europe earlier this year...i also go my usual sizes... they fit fine.

im talking about the 2016 safaris.  technically, these are not atmos collabs, right?  nonetheless, they fit hella big in my opinion.  seriously boaty on my feet.  im getting rid of them and finding the right size (hopefully).  im a little disappointed this happened plus the croissant shaped toe of it too.

gotcha - i  refer to them as atmos safari's (2016 version of them) since that's what they are modeled after but i get your point.  Either way...glad we're talking about the same shoe.

mine aren't much but they are bigger...but i think that turns on the point on the distinction i heard between leather am1's and fabric ones...

yeah idk.  thats why myself and @Mrphist  want others to weigh in on this.  im actually disappointed about the sizing.  am1s are one of the few silhouettes that are pretty consistent in sizing, so this was a bummer to get my TTS only to find it running big.

Yeah I'm waiting for mine to come in tomorrow....I hope they fit me decent....haha also perfect percentages on the fitting of those
 
Can anyone comment on how the am1 patches fit? Cant find my size anywhere and wondering if i should go up a half size or down.
 
I honestly have never had an issue w/sizing. It could be that since I'm a 13 I just don't notice cause it's basically 13 or bust for me w/all shoes. Have had a handful of 12.5 over the yrs solely out of having no other options and I've always resorted to removing the insoles but the one time I copped a 14 it was ridiculously huge and had my foot coming out of the shoe w/every step I took.

to the topic at hand, I own all 3 versions of the safari am1(sz13) that released this yr and strangely enough they all feel the same size wise.

no shade my dude, but if youre pulling insoles out to fit snug shoes and buying 1 size larger shoes, you my friend, have no credibility with tts or proper fitting sneakers.  haha.  you one of them dudes who sees a gem at outlet in the kids section, buying a 7y tryna squeeze in that ish with toes all crunched up, talking, oh these fit a little snug but ima copp.

Lol. I feel ya unseen unseen . I'm just a true 13 and really never sway from those outside of the rare 12.5. I just looked and I have 12.5 sea crystal sb's, am1 shimas and stash bw's other than that all my shoes are 13's

see thats interesting because im half size up in sb dunks.  im wondering how much ankle and lower calf have part in the size differences. all of am1s are tts except this one pair of safaris.  i ordered a size 9 (half size down) so we'll see how they both work out.  sell off the pair i dont fit. thanks for your input. 
 
MY LPU's are sitting in my mailbox because the postman left me the wrong key to unlock it. So close yet so far.

But my Kabutomushis arrived, just gotta wait for the donor midsole
